Mark Armstrong has been CEO of ComForcareSM Senior Services in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan since its original incorporation in January of 1996 and is also President and CEO of ComForcare Health Care Holdings, Inc. Mr. Armstrong has market research experience as well as experience with other staffing operations. Mark Armstrong was formerly a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Brigitte Betser has been employed by ComForcare Senior Services since April 1999. She is the Director of Sales and Support and is responsible for coordination of multiple business development activities. She functions as the liaison between prospective franchisees and the Company and coordinates all marketing programs throughout the system. Brigitte attended Central Michigan University where she received a Bachelors of Science in Biology.
Lynn Hendrickson has been employed by ComForcare Senior Services since November 1998. She is responsible for financial reporting, payroll, billing, accounting, and the implementation of new operational software. She also directs franchise accounting support activities. Lynn has a BBA from The University of Michigan with a major in Accounting and a minor in Psychology.
Rebecca Bouchard has been with ComForcare Senior Services since January 2000. Rebecca has experience working in the fields of Human Resources and Human Services and working with people of diverse backgrounds and areas such as recruitment, employee relations, employment law and corporate compliance programs such as HIPAA, ADA and FMLA. Her duties include support and training for franchisees with respect to scheduling, human resources, daily business operations and the related components of the operational software. Rebecca is also responsible for compliance with state licensure policies. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in the field of Family and Community Services and a MBA, with specialization in Human Resource Management, from Walsh College.
