Answer: Yes. You will be awarded an exclusive territory under the terms of your agreement.

Question: What is the term of the franchise agreement?
Answer: The initial term is for ten years, renewable for additional successive ten-year periods with standard written notice.

Question: What is the charge for ongoing royalty fees?
Answer: The royalty fee is on a descending scale ranging from 5% to 3% of gross sales. ComForcare does not charge extra for national advertising.
